In this presentation, I would like to share that being a mentor is a journey. Both, a mentor and a mentee, learn a lot. I will point needed skills and knowledge for successful mentorship. I will also share my own experience.

The event loop is a core concept in Javascript. It is fundamental in order to understand how asynchronous code works – and how not to work with synchronous code. In this talk we will see a live event loop, and watch it from afar as it roam the wilds (well.. the www). By the end of this talk you will understand what is the event loop, how it works and practical tips on how to use this knowledge.

Wykorzystując wieloletnie doświadczenie przy projektowaniu kilku dużych projektów, oraz pracy z najnowszymi technologiami frontendowymi, tworzymy nowy duży projekt od zera. Opowiem o decyzjach, które przez lata utwierdziły nas w naszych przekonaniach i elementach, które postanowiliśmy usprawnić. Opowiem o wyborze technologii, narzędzi i kultury pracy, która ma nam zapewnić sukces i wydajną pracę w następnych latach.
