Technical Program Manager
I'm Ola Budziszewska, and I believe that coding isn't everything—especially in a world where algorithms increasingly write themselves. I started my career as an embedded systems developer, creating encrypting devices. However, I quickly discovered that I preferred "programming programmers." I developed my soft skills by translating complex psychological concepts into concrete algorithms. For several years now, as a Technical Program Manager, I've been successfully delivering IT projects using my own proven methods. Working with my teams, I teach programmers how to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, build trust-based relationships, and getting things done. In my opinion, soft skills are the key to success in the age of AI. I want to equip IT professionals with practical, reliable recipes for action.
